Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what arrives — and to be honest about what we can and can't take back.

What we accept. We'll replace or refund any item that reaches you defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. If something's wrong with your order, that's on us, and we'll make it right.

What we don't accept (yet). As a young studio, we're not able to offer change-of-mind or fit-based returns right now. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering — and if you're unsure, message us first; we're glad to help you choose.

How to raise it. Write to us within 7 days of delivery at support@morpaankh.in with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm it, we cover the return shipping — you won't pay to send a faulty or incorrect item back.

Your refund or replacement. We'll replace the item where we can. If a replacement isn't available, we refund you in full to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
