How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free on every prepaid or partly paid order. Cash on Delivery carries a delivery fee, which you see at checkout before you confirm.

How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?

You can pay online by UPI, card, or net banking, and when you do, delivery is free. Cash on Delivery is available across India too, and the COD delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. Paying online means we can dispatch a little sooner.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. If a piece arrives with a defect or it is the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we arrange the pickup and a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Changed your mind, or want a different size or colour? As long as the piece is unworn and unwashed, we still book the pickup for you. The return courier cost simply comes off your refund and you keep the rest, then you reorder the size you want and we hold it aside so it does not sell out. We cannot take pieces back once they have been worn or washed, so do check the size guide first.

How do I find my size?

Every product page links to our size guide with bust, waist, and hip measurements. Because our pieces come from a handful of trusted ateliers, measurements can vary by about 2 to 3 inches between styles, so pick the size you usually wear and use the chart as a guide.

How should I care for my pieces?

Care depends on the fabric, and every product lists its own wash care. As a rule, a gentle cold hand wash and drying in the shade keeps colour and texture at their best. Our fabric guide explains each fabric in more detail.

Will the colour and fabric match the photos?

We photograph each piece as honestly as we can, and we name the fabric on every product so you know what you are getting. Screens vary, so a slight difference in shade is normal.
