Returns & Refunds
Most orders go smoothly. When one doesn't, we would rather hear about it and fix it than leave you stuck with something you can't wear. If a piece turns up damaged, or it's the wrong size or colour, tell us within 7 days and we'll put it right.
The short version: write to us within a week, send a photo or two, and you won't pay return shipping when the mistake is ours.
What we cover
- A flaw we missed, like loose stitching, a tear, a pull in the weave, or a fault in the fabric.
- The wrong item, meaning a different size, colour, or style from what you ordered.
- A parcel that never arrived and has stopped updating in tracking.
What we can't cover
- A change of heart once a piece has been worn or washed.
- Small differences in colour between your screen and the fabric in your hands. Dye lots vary a little, and no two screens show colour quite the same way.
- Everyday wear, or damage from a hot wash on a hand wash piece or a harsh dry clean.
- Anything raised after the 7 day window has closed.
Starting a return
Email support@morpaankh.in within 7 days of delivery and tell us three things:
- Your order number. It sits at the top of your confirmation email.
- A line on what went wrong.
- A clear photo or two: one full shot, and one close look at the problem.
We read every email ourselves and usually reply the same working day. If the fault is on us, we arrange a free pickup. If it isn't, we will say so kindly and explain why, rather than leave you chasing.
Getting your money back
Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Prefer to keep it as store credit? Just say the word. Credit lands within a day and never expires.
Swapping a size or colour
We keep this simple instead of running a formal exchange. We refund the first piece, and you place a fresh order in the size or colour you want. While your return is on its way back to us, we set the new one aside so your size doesn't sell out from under you.
Dropping it off in person
Local to us? You are welcome to bring the piece back to the address in our footer and skip the courier. Send a quick email first so someone is there to receive it.
