Shipping policy

We ship across India, carefully packed so your order arrives just as you saw it.

Charges

• Free delivery on every prepaid or part paid order, anywhere in India, at any order value.
• Cash on Delivery: a flat ₹50 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Paying for your order

Pay online by UPI, card, or net banking and delivery is free, and it reaches you a little sooner too. Part payment, where offered, carries no delivery charge either. Cash on Delivery is available across India at a flat ₹50.

Delivery time

We pack and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is on its way.

Local pickup in Surat

Based in Surat? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from us. We will message you once it is ready.

A small note

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will reach out to arrange re-shipping.

Before you order

Ours is a tight returns policy. We do not accept change of mind or fit returns, and return shipping is paid by you. Please read the Returns and Refunds policy before you order.
