Description+
Laal Sitara means red star, for the shisha mirrors set along the sleeves that flash with every turn of the wrist. Each tiny mirror is held by hand with coloured resham thread, the old craft that makes plain cotton come alive in light. The body stays calm in deep maroon so the sleeves do the talking. Made for a haldi, a mehndi afternoon, the daytime celebration you want to be seen at.
It is cut in pure cotton with a straight fit, which keeps the mirror-worked sleeves the focus and the body easy. Give it a gentle cold hand wash and dry it in the shade to protect the mirror work. Available in Rust.
